Shipping Policy
Andromachi Selection ensures the delivery of every order. The delivery is made by our own transport services or via our parcel delivery service provider.
Buyer warrants that he or she is at least 18 years of age and certifies that the shipment will be received and signed by a person at least 18 years of age.
Our recommended order quantities are 6 and 12 bottle packages.
Products ordered through our Web-shop can be delivered throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France. Our system automatically updates the shipping and packaging cost upon introducing the destination country during the check out process. For the rest of the world, please contact us first to find out the best possible shipping options.
Please notice that for some countries, you might need to pay a Customs fee before the package can be delivered to you. It is your responsibility to be aware of those regulations in the country where you want your parcel to be delivered.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days not including weekend and holidays. We do our utmost to deliver the products as quickly as possible. In Belgium it will take at least 1 day and at most 5 days. If in doubt, you can call us on +32 (0) 460 96 86 88 or send us an email to hello@andromachiselection.be. On rare circumstances we may face a problem delaying in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by an email. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order.
**If a shipment is sent back to us due to anything other than damage, we reserve the right to hold return fees or charge a reshipment fee.**
Andromachi Selection is entitled to change the shipping prices at any time with immediate effect.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, which starts to run on the day after receipt of your order by you or on your behalf. You must inform Andromachi Selection of your decision to return your order by sending an email to hello@andromachiselection.be within these 14 calendar days.
During this period, please handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack and inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine if you wish to keep it. Further use of the product is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring the product is packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
If you exercise this right to return, you will return the product with all delivered accessories, instructions, labels, notices, and in its original condition and packaging to Andromachi Selection, in accordance with our instructions. Failure to do any of the above can result in a lower or no refund in case this results in a reduction in value of the order.

The shipping costs related to the return are at your responsibility. The risk of damage and/or loss of products during return shipping rests with you until the product is delivered to Andromachi Selection. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Andromachi Selection will refund all payments received from you within 10 working days after the day on which the products have been returned to and received by Andromachi Selection in their original condition The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You do not have a right of return with respect to products that have been made specifically to your specifications or have been clearly personalised.
